Now I have everything at my fingertips within eSword. This is my number one go-to commentary for any book in the bible. It's not the cheapest commentary around BUT it really is the best source for Old and New Testament.

Yes, I recommend having it. It's interesting to have it. This helps in the study of scriptures for technical, archaeological and other definitions. But do not lose the reality that it is the Holy Spirit of God in us who really teaches us and reveals many things to us. No theoretical study of the Bible can enlighten you deeply into the Word of God without the Holy Spirit. Also pray and ask the Lord Jesus Christ to enlighten you

This commentary I found to be very useful and helpful in my research on different topics. I am currently trying to memorize different verses thanks to this program and it is amazing how many different ways I can utilize the different study tools to help me. Very pleased to have this new commentary added in.

So I pulled the trigger and bought the module. I cannot begin to express the pleasure I have had working through, this module. I have learned much and been humbled by the helps that are presented as they have not only affected my mind but my heart. Using the module for my daily devotions is now a normal activity. I was thinking I was only going to use this to help me in sermon preparation. But alas, it is now something I resort to throughout the day as I’m looking at passages , and want to clear understanding. Thankfully, it comes from an extremely conservative leaning and is biblically enriched in every way. Thanks for making such a fantastic product available.

This resource is both expository and topical. It stops to deal with topics that relate to life as it expounds each passage verse by verse. The feature I like best is all the cross references completely printed for you to read right in the resource. This is an invaluable commentary that will greatly benefit your teaching and preaching ministry.

These two sets, however, do stand alone and are based on each book of the bible. Considering that there are more than forty volumes, it is absolutely worth the money and then some. Extremely helpful for understanding biblical concepts, verses, and excellent book summaries on a range of subjects. If you can afford it, buy these remarkable volumes of OT and NT sets. These sets of volumes, is something I suggest for those who are new or experienced in teaching and preaching, as well as for small group bible studies and methodical Sunday school or children's biblical instruction and personal bible studies. Outstanding sets.

Its Bible, chapter, and section outlines are instantly useful for personal study and developing teaching and preaching notes. Its cross-references and "thoughts" allow you to go deep when needed. The POSB commentaries were some of my first investments as a young preacher back in the 90's and now they are all (NT) at my fingertips! I love E-Sword and the POSBNT has raised its value to me even more. Can't wait for the OT to drop.

This is a really awesome resource for sermon prep or bible study. If I had purchased all the NT volumes, it would have been over $1,000; you can get the same thing with this resource for 15% of the price. AND you can cut and paste (something you can't do with the book versions). Well worth it. Bring on the Old Testament!
